The villa

This renovated country house near Ibiza’s northern beaches retains the character of a traditional San Carlos home. Set on a 30,000 m² plot, it is around 500 metres from the village. The upper floor has a 100 m² suite with a large double bed, bathroom with whirlpool bath, sitting area with sofa bed and a large private balcony. Two further bedrooms described each have two double beds, and there are two additional bathrooms with a bath or shower. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, DVD player, music system and comfortable armchairs. A fully equipped 35 m² kitchen includes a dining area, while a separate utility room has a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Outside are a private padel court, fenced garden, pool, outdoor shower, barbecue area, garden furniture and private parking. The markets of Las Dalias and Punta Arabí are nearby. Youth groups are not accepted.
