Rico

The villa

Villa Rico welcomes you with mature trees that shelter the grounds from view. Elegant wooden garden furniture, an outdoor sofa and a daybed invite you to relax or even sleep beneath the stars. Enjoy a moonlit swim in the pool, accessed by broad steps, or retreat beneath the partially covered terrace. Sun loungers on the green lawn and stone pool terrace offer lovely spots to read. A modern built-in barbecue provides generous space for preparing meals. A few steps lead to a slightly raised veranda and seating area surrounded by flowers, with tall palms lending the gardens a park-like feel. Inside, the stylish living room features a flat-screen television, a modern fireplace and a comfortable sofa. It opens onto the dining room and open-plan kitchen, where warm wooden furnishings complement clean lines. Generous worktops make preparing more elaborate meals a pleasure. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
