The villa

Roberto is a comfortable two-storey villa in a quiet residential area, 1.5 km from central Forte dei Marmi and 1.4 km from the beach. The enclosed private garden has a lawn, barbecue and an irregular-shaped 8 x 4 m pool with whirlpool, open 16 May–12 September. The 120 m² interior includes a living/dining room with fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning, an eat-in kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, and a shower/WC. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a bunk bedroom and a bathroom with bidet/WC. Air conditioning serves one double bedroom and the corridor between two bedrooms; a double bedroom has a ceiling fan. A furnished terrace, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, safe, iron and hairdryer are provided. Heating is available only 1 November–7 April. Weekly linen changes and twice-weekly housekeeping are included; beds are made on arrival. A cook, babysitting, bicycles and an airport transfer can be arranged. The property has an alarm, electric gate and on-site parking. The bus stop is 800 m away and the station 3 km away.
