The villa
This newly built villa is a perfect example of the functioning bond between the laid-back Mediterranean flair & history, and modern perfectionism. Villa Yolanda is situated in the most noble and green district of Dubrovnik - Lapad. It lies in a calm neighbourhood, far away from all the street traffic and hassle, and although protected by the trees of a surrounding forest, it offers an incredible view of the Gruž Harbour, and the monumental Franjo Tuđman Bridge. Villa Rok has two floors. The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, both including a separate bathroom (with shower & bidet, 1 with Jacuzzi), and 2 bedrooms containing 2 single beds, with 2 additional rooms for clothes and cleaning also situated on this floor. The first floor has a large living room, with modern leather ensemble and a fully equipped kitchen including a large table with space for up to 8 people.

Great villa, nice pool, beautiful view of the habour, clean facilities and great location to get to the old town or enjoy the surrounding areas.
The saucepan and frying pans provided for the hob were not the correct time (the hob was induction and the pans were not). This made cooking at home difficult - we tried one night - so had to eat out. Which wasn't a huge problem just not what we originally had in mind.
