The villa

Set in an old olive grove, this romantic country house enjoys striking lake views and the scent of Mediterranean herbs. Built on rock over a century ago as a small farm, the original rustiko has been carefully extended into a residential tower, preserving its charm while introducing contemporary stone, glass and metal. A glazed façade links old and new, filling the interiors with light and views of olive trees, the deep-blue lake and distant mountains. Rooms span three levels. Two kitchen doors open into the garden, where a vine-shaded terrace is ideal for outdoor meals. An external stone staircase leads to the fireplace room, with a comfortable sofa bed and original terracotta floors. A wooden staircase continues to two upstairs bedrooms. Furnishings are high-quality and deliberately understated. More than 5,000 m² of grounds are for guests' exclusive use, with olive trees, two terraces, a large barbecue area and a herb garden. An infinity pool completes the setting.
