The villa
Italian-inspired Sa Canova stands on a private, park-like 14,000 m² hillside with sweeping countryside and Tramuntana views. The ground floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a panoramic roof terrace and two principal suites, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. On Ariany's outskirts, the finca is near shops, markets, restaurants and wine cellars in Santa Margalida, Petra and Sineu, 12 km away. Badia d'Alcúdia beaches are around 16 km away; Pollença is ideal for walking and cycling. Groups under 25 and stag or hen parties are not accepted; bookings may be refused on arrival or during the stay without refund.
