The villa
Set on 17,500 m² west of Artà, Sa Carbona Nou is a picturesque Mallorcan farmhouse surrounded by lush, terraced gardens. Mediterranean trees and shrubs frame secluded seating areas, loungers and little tables, both sheltered and open to the sky. Steps, paths and walls link the different levels. The 10-metre pool has a sun terrace, shower, harmonious planting and a covered area. Beside the house, a raised terrace enjoys lovely views and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. Inside, wood, terracotta floors, exposed beams and colourful accents create a warm, summery atmosphere. The ground floor has a living and dining room with a fireplace, a separate fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The spacious stair hall even accommodates another sofa. Upstairs, a large air-conditioned double bedroom has its own bathroom. The estate lies in green surroundings just outside the charming town of Artà.
