The villa

Surrounded by fields in southern Mallorca, Sa Xorca has a shallow infinity pool set in a large lawn, with loungers and parasols. A covered terrace offers outdoor dining and sofa seating, complemented by a barbecue and table tennis. Southwest-facing grounds catch the sun and evening light. Arranged on one level, the house has sliding glass doors linking indoors and out. An open-plan living room with fireplace joins the dining area and spacious modern kitchen. Beyond the kitchen are a utility room and an en-suite double bedroom. The other wing has three large bedrooms, one en suite, plus a separate bathroom with a bath. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and outdoor access. Good internet supports remote working. Santanyí and Campos are 6 and 9.5 km away, while Cala Mondragó, Cala Llombards and Caló del Moro are within a 20-minute drive. Air-conditioning use is restricted to 14:00–18:00 and 21:00–08:00.
