The villa
Recently built Ses Portes is an L-shaped villa in peaceful southern Mallorca, with a lush garden, young trees and wide countryside views. Clean, minimalist design defines the house. A rectangular pool and comfortable loungers invite relaxation, while a barbecue and two dining tables on the covered terrace make outdoor meals easy. Four double bedrooms have bright, modern furnishings: two have private bathrooms and two share a bathroom, with an additional guest WC. A spacious lounge with a white sofa and television complements the fully equipped kitchen. The villa lies between Campos, with markets on Thursdays and Saturdays, and the former fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. Drive to Es Trenc beach, 11 km away, or Cala Pi, 26 km away; the Ses Salines nature reserve and salt ponds are 6 km away. The property is managed by a private owner rather than a business, so EU consumer protection legislation may not apply.
