The villa
Peace, nature and comfort define this stone farmhouse in rural southern Mallorca, 8 km from Campos. Its spacious, partly covered terrace overlooks Mediterranean greenery, Cabrera and a large private pool. A caretaker visits daily for 2–3 hours to maintain the pool, plants and trees. The welcoming interior has a well-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas with a fireplace, two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms downstairs. Upstairs are three further bedrooms overlooking the countryside, two with en-suite bathrooms. The nearest supermarket is just over 7 km away, while the gently shelving sands of Platja de Sa Ràpita and Es Trenc are a short drive away. The Ruta Cicloturista Es Palmer cycle route passes just 1 km from the house. Parties and bookings for guests under 21 are not permitted. This property is managed by a private owner.
