The villa
Partly renovated in 2012, Taty is a comfortable, country-style holiday home for six in El Puerto, 800 m from central Villajoyosa and 50 m from the sea. Its peaceful, sunny setting offers panoramic sea, mountain and garden views. One pet is welcome. The 120 m² interior includes a living/dining room with a picture window, trundle bed, fireplace, TV and air conditioning. Three air-conditioned bedrooms offer twin beds and two double beds. The large kitchen has four cooking rings, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee maker and dining table. Bathrooms and toilets are separate. Outside are private, enclosed 800 m² grounds with trees, a 400 m² garden area, a 100 m² pergola, an arbour, terrace, barbecue and loungers. Parking for four cars is reached along a 100 m unpaved track. Restaurants and bars are 600 m away, a supermarket 1 km away and a shopping centre 3 km away. The bus stop and pebble beach are 50 m away, the sandy beach 300 m away and the station 3 km away.
