The villa

Once part of the 13th-century Sa Torre de Llucmajor estate, Tomeu occupies 56 hectares at 140 m above sea level, enjoying a mild climate year-round. A 6,000 m² garden surrounds the pool, sun terrace and relaxing seating areas. Share barbecues at the long table on the shaded terrace. This restored villa has seven double bedrooms in the main house and two in an annexe, each with a private bathroom and direct terrace or balcony access. A large living room, fully equipped kitchen and rustic dining room make it ideal for groups seeking privacy. The secluded setting is close to shopping in coastal Badia Gran, with Palma within reach for culture and shopping. Beaches including Cala Blava are around 8 km away, Cala Pi about 20 km and the nearest golf course 3 km. Groups aged 25 or under and stag parties are not accepted. Such bookings may be refused after reservation, on arrival or during the stay, without a refund.
