The villa
Ibiza style house located on the top of the beautiful hill called Es Puig de la Vila in a very quiet area with sweeping views and surrounded by more than 20,000 m2 of land. Quiet area with wide and open views. The house has an area of 250 m2 and more than 3,500 m2 of terraces and gardens. This traditional house was originally built in the eighteenth century. Beside the house is a tower of refuge built in the late 17th century, which was recently declared BIC (Cultural Interest). Bedrooms Room 1 Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Cette villa a le charme des maisons d’Ibiza, avec un cadre extérieur exceptionnel ! Nous avons trouvé Villanovo très réactif et flexible !
Nous avons eu quelques difficultés à lancer le barbecue extérieur et nous aurions aimé avoir un plaid pour les canapés car il a fait frais à cause de la pluie pendant deux jours durant cette fin avril.

Outils de cuisine un peu cheap, couteaux ne coupent pas bien, toaster peu puissant, extracteur jus de fruit peu efficace et ameublement intérieur très classique

Property was a good size and perfect for the size of the party. The pool and bar area were excellent and gave lots of space for everyone. Really convenient location and very peaceful while also being only a short walking distance into Sant Josep and a short drive away from beaches and major towns. Local area was excellent for restaurants and had a pleasant atmosphere without being rowdy. Villanovo was excellent both throughout the booking process and making arrangements prior to arrival. When at the villa, local managers were attentive and quick to respond to and resolve any queries. Would have no hesitation using Villanovo for any future bookings.
Surrounding fruit trees were a bit of an attraction for wasps so would recommend use of citronella or insect repellant for outdoor dining during the daytime.

Great villa, lovely location and really nice to be in a rural setting. Great team and very helpful. Villa description was a little wrong as it said parking was not included - but there was parking there.
There was little to complain about but we do feel a check out time of 1000 is very early, all other villas or 5* Hotels we use check-out is between 1100-1200. Also on the last day the gardener arrived at 0730 and the maids arrived at 0900 and started clearing up outside. This put us under pressure then to get packing and we may have wanted a final swim or sunbathe and this would not have been possible which is sad. I found myself tidying our stuff away around the maids outside which was slightly uncomfortable feeling. Also there was a mid-week clean which was fine but you need a process around towels - there were only 3 of us in the villa but all the towels were changed which seemed wasteful
