The villa
Built in 2008 at 250 m above sea level, this detached villa occupies a leafy hillside, 10 km from Montaione, 20 km from San Gimignano and 67 km from Florence. Shared fenced grounds span 3 hectares; the private garden has a 12 x 6 m pool, 1.4 m deep, open 25 April–30 October, an outdoor shower, furniture and barbecue.
