The villa
Tramonto is a detached two-storey country house in a secluded, peaceful setting, 3 km from Guardistallo and 12 km from Marina di Cecina beach. Its two-hectare private grounds include a garden and 16 x 8 m pool, open 28 June–30 August. Access is via a 1.5 km unpaved track; covered parking is available. The 300 m² interior has comfortable country-style furnishings and natural stone floors. Downstairs are a large living/dining room with TV, a study, three double bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. The upper floor, reached by an external staircase, has a large living/dining room with TV and a decorative fireplace, two double bedrooms, an open kitchen and two shower rooms. Both kitchens have ovens, dishwashers and microwaves. Air conditioning, electric heating, solar energy, a washing machine and dryer are provided. Outside are a 35 m² terrace, gazebo, outdoor furniture, barbecue and loungers. Some areas are closed and unoccupied. Groups and youth groups are not accepted.
