The villa

Reached by a dramatic drawbridge, this 500 m² tower chalet spans four floors linked by a spacious staircase. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, a pull-out bed, a private bathroom and a terrace-balcony. A generous home office overlooks the upper Vinschgau Valley towards the Swiss mountains. The living and dining area features a masonry wood-burning stove, a three-sided fireplace and entertainment systems. A wood-panelled library offers another stove and a cosy sitting area, while a broad terrace wraps around the tower. The 18-metre natural swimming pool has a massage grotto and waterfall. The spa includes a Finnish sauna overlooking Val Martello, a white Lasa marble steam room and a whirlpool facing the mountains. A bar adjoins the pool area. A sheltered terrace provides an outdoor shower, gas barbecue and dining furniture. There is one kitchen, and the house is non-smoking.
