The villa

Set slightly above the surrounding countryside, Vent has its own 4,000 m² vineyard and sweeping views across eastern Mallorca. Its peaceful rural setting offers privacy for a relaxing escape. A manicured lawn leads to the pool, a few steps below the house terrace via a broad staircase. Spacious timber decks flank the water, with loungers overlooking gently rolling countryside towards the Mediterranean. The sloping grounds accommodate a sauna beside the pool, especially welcoming in cooler seasons, with an outdoor shower for refreshing afterwards. Terraces wrap around almost the entire house, offering sunny and shaded spots and space to set up a hammock. A covered dining terrace forms a natural gathering place, complemented by two smaller seating areas, one beneath another shelter at the front. A mobile gas barbecue makes outdoor cooking easy. Inside, a large entrance hall leads to a guest WC and stairs. The open-plan ground floor is filled with natural light, and the elegant living room centres on a fireplace with colourful accents.
