The villa
This comfortable detached villa sits in a residential area, 1.2 km from central Vilamoura and 2.5 km from the sea. The living room has a dining table, flat-screen cable TV, air conditioning, warm-air heating and terrace access. The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer and coffee-making facilities. There are two shower rooms and a separate WC. Bedrooms have air conditioning; one opens onto the garden. Shops and restaurants are around 1.3 km away, a bus stop is 220 m away and an 18-hole golf course is 4.1 km away. A car is recommended. Groups under 25 must pay an additional deposit per person on arrival.
