Very nice Villa, staff, cleaners were very polite, friendly and helpful, the Chef Pedro was great and the Butler Alex was outstanding.
Everyone made us feel at home and we enjoyed our holiday as it was a very special time for us
Will use Villanovo again, overall a very pleasant experience : Very good service, accurate representation and excellent villa choice, will recommend to our friends.
Not much, the toilet in the apartment flooded due to problems with sewage system but the staff quickly fixed the problem which we appreciated
