Villa Almeria, is a charming 350m2 house, located in Sainte-Marie de Ré-Les Grenettes. Ideally located 90 metres from the beach, this quiet property, with heated pool and beautiful unoverlooked garden, can accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults and 2 children). It is an ideal venue for a wonderful holiday on Ile de Ré, with family or friends. Bedrooms Room 1 Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room. Room 2 Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 4 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 baby bed, 2 twin beds 90 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, 1 washbasin. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room. Room 3 Room, Ground level, direct access to the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm.

Melanie, the charming housekeeper.
Bathroom for each bedroom was ideal.
Plenty of wardrobe space for each room.
Lovely bright pool area with plenty of sun loungers and large decked pool terrace.
Shady grass area with lovely trees.
Spacious outside dining area with huge parasols.
Stylish furniture and decor in living areas.
Large garage for storing bikes and toys.
Excellent family bedroom with two linked sleeping areas.
All bedrooms linked with double doors, but also with doors to exterior, so privacy ensured.
Plenty of cutlery and stylish china, lots of useful kitchen utensils and lovely serving bowls.
No booklet giving useful info about villa, local area and refuse etc. Only a book with house rules.
Fridge much too small for number of people villa accommodates.
Freezer dilapidated and considerable distance from kitchen area - inconvenient when wanting ice in drinks etc.
Sink old, porous, white and hard to avoid staining.
No fans in bedrooms.
No-one to sweep and clean around pool area so pine needles ended up in pool and bedrooms.
Only one (excellent) housekeeper who also had to sort out lighting and hot water issues. For the cost, we thought we would have two or more cleaners.
Not enough sofa/easy chair outdoor seating for a villa accommodating up to 14 people.

Villa spacieuse, chaleureuse où nous avons occupé les 6 suites et dans laquelle toute la famille, grands et petits, s'est sentie à l'aise. Notre séjour y fut donc confortable et harmonieux. Un grand merci à la personne qui nous a accueillis pour sa convivialité. Nous recommandons cette villa.

La qualité de la villa, la proximité des plages, la situation et l'espace, l'ameublement de goût, la piscine chauffée et le calme de l'endroit.
La maison est absolument à essayer.
Nous avons passé un séjour relaxant. A refaire.

Très grande maison, un labyrinthe idéal pour que les enfants jouent à cache-cache.
Idéale pour deux familles qui veulent préserver leur intimité.
Très bien équipée, eau chaude à bonne pression à volonté, proximité des plages, idéales pour la pêche à pied.
