The villa
Built in 2000 and renovated in 2024, Villa Bellevue occupies three floors on a hillside in Atalayas, 1.6 km from Peñíscola's centre and beach and 2 km from its castle. The private terraced garden has an 8 x 4 m kidney-shaped pool, open June–September, an outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue and swing. The 300 m² villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating eight adults and two children. The described ground-floor bedroom has a double and single bed, TV, air conditioning and warm-air heating, with a shower room nearby. Upstairs are a living/dining room with fireplace, TV and climate control, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, a shower room and separate WC. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and baby equipment are available; pets are welcome. There is parking for two cars and a private garage. Access is via a difficult, steep, narrow road; a car is recommended. Youth groups are not accepted, and some areas are closed and unoccupied. Sierra d'Irta Natural Park is 5 km away.
