The villa
Set in a peaceful residential area of Playa Paraiso, Costa Adeje, Villa Boutique offers sweeping sea and El Teide views, just 10 minutes from entertainment. Built in 2010 and fully renovated in 2023, the villa occupies a 1,035 m² enclosed plot; the owner lives on site. Its eight bedrooms feature 1.80 x 2 m beds, while six bathrooms have showers and toilets, with a bathtub in one. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, along with drinks from 9am to 10pm and daily excursions such as water-park visits, buggy rides, go-karting and boat trips. Enjoy a 5 x 10 m pool heated to 28°C year-round, a hot tub, billiards, a pool bar, lounge areas and 16 sunbeds. Music is permitted from 10am to 10pm. Wi-Fi, partial air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating throughout, a balcony, terrace and shared garden complete the facilities. The house is screened from the street. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
