The villa
The nearest beach is 300 meters away. It can accommodate up to 12 guests, plus personal staff, and has an infinity heated swimming pool (heating is at extra cost) which overlooks the Piantarella Lagoon. The living room is fully furnished with Wenge furniture, and has been equipped with satellite TV, Bose home cinema, DVD player, Bose Hifi system, fireplace, and board-games (chess and backgammon). There is also a dining area, with a table for 12, in the living room. A cinema room and a billiard room, with bar and relaxation lounge, complete the amenities. The villa is located near the private Sperone Golf Course and offers wonderful views of the Lavezzi islands and Sardinia.
