The house is beautiful in a very well placed and quiet area not far from the sea. Very well furnished and well thought interior design. The property is close to the beautiful village of Ars-en-Ré.
Nice service from Villanovo
I was told by Villanovo staff that the tennis courts could be used provided we get in touch with the Mairie. It was not the case at all. The tennis courts are private and it took us several days before we could find a nice woman who let us the key to use the courts. Please make sure you give the right information to your customers.
Also, we paid for the cleaning of the house after we leave so I find it strange that the concierge asks us to empty the bathrooms bins and to fold our bedsheets. We did empty the large kitchen bins as we were asked by the concierge however in my understanding the term "house cleaning" include this chore. I would prefer to pay more for the house cleaning but avoid
