The villa
This two-storey, 180 m² villa in residential Cala di Capicciola is 150 m from the sea, with direct beach access. Enjoy a shared 14 x 7 m pool open 15 June–15 October, private 1,700 m² grounds, a landscaped garden, outdoor shower, 30 m² terrace, barbecue and parking for three cars. The residence is guarded and electrically gated; a car is recommended. Shops are 10 km away, a restaurant 2.5 km and the marina 8 km. Nearby are Pinarellu, Saint Cyprien and Villata beaches, Lake Ospedale and Bavella hiking trails. Downstairs, a TV lounge and five air-conditioned bedrooms open to the garden: one double and four twins. There are three bathrooms, three separate WCs and electric heating. Upstairs, a 65 m² living/dining room with fireplace and TV opens to a terrace with partial sea views. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, induction and gas hobs, microwave, freezer and coffee machines. Loungers, washer, dryer, safe, iron, hairdryer and free Wi-Fi are provided. Non-smoking; a maximum of one small pet or dog is welcome.
