The villa
Villa Carcala is an exceptional seafront property in Cala Vinyes, on the southwest coast of Mallorca. Set on a 2,200 m² plot and offering more than 700 m² of living space, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and direct private access to the sea. The property accommodates up to 10 guests in five spacious sea-view suites, each with a private bathroom. Its generous interiors, numerous terraces and extensive leisure facilities make it an ideal setting for holidays with family or friends. Among its highlights are a heated jacuzzi overlooking the sea, a saltwater infinity pool, a Mediterranean garden and several outdoor living and dining areas. Cala Vinyes Beach is approximately 300 metres away, within a few minutes' walk. Bedrooms Room 1 Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. An exceptional house! A splendid location directly on the sea.... a swimming pool, a comfortable and functional villa. Carlos is one of the most efficient hosts I've ever come across. He's super helpful and responds very quickly. I recommend this house for those who, like me, have been looking for peace and nature but close to the vibrant life of Magaluf. Highly recommended !

What a spectacular house and ocean view! The house is amazing and location is perfect! We had a fabulous family/friend birthday and Thanksgiving celebration! Carlos the host was beyond accommodating and his hospitality was the best house we have stayed in. We also had his chef recommendation, Chef Bruno cook and prepare a few meals that were top notch!! I highly recommend a vacation in Majorca at Carlos Villa!!

Carlos is a fabulous host and the villa and views are fantastic. The villa is vast as much inside as for outdoor space, rooms were comfortable and the villa had everything you need including a perfectly equipped kitchen, three fridges and a huge Weber grill. Great location, close to the amenities of nearby towns (supermarkets, tennis club, medical clinic, even go-karting) while being away from these. Also great base to explore the various sites of Mallorca with a car. Carlos had the extra bits of attention such as the pool fencing as we had little ones, which was appreciated. Our family made very enjoyable memories and we all had a great time. Thank you again Carlos for hosting us!

This villa is perfectly located - gorgeous views of the ocean, amazing heated pool, comfortable rooms, walking distance to convenience store & nice jacuzzi. To top it, Carlos opened up his rack of alcohol to guests as a welcome gesture! Carlos is very responsive - he gave us the best recommendations to eat, arranged a taxi for us last minute & ensured we had a lovely stay - despite it being his birthday weekend. We felt at home and would come back anytime - highly recommend if you want to unwind with friends and family for few days in Mallorca - can’t get better

We loved our time in the villa. The location was brilliant and hosts were so attentive to our requests. It was a pleasure dealing with them who were both so attentive to all our needs and requests and would go out of our way to make our stay more pleasurable. The villa is incredibly beautiful with a big heated pool that offers amazing views over the sea. It has every amenity imaginable and our dog loved it too. Hosts were very helpful and answered quickly. The location is also good, with a beach and store nearby. We enjoyed it a lot and are very happy to come back in the future.
