La piscine est à rénover : Les mosaïques se décollent par endroit et l'on peut se blesser Problème d'électricité : certaines prises ne fonctionnent pas , dans une des salles de bain l'éclairage est insuffisant : il manque des lumières au dessus des lavabos.

La primera impresión que tuvimos de la casa, cada una de las 13 personas que nos alojamos, fue que las fotos no hacían justicia a la realidad: era impresionante! Tenía unas vistas magníficas, las estancias exteriores daban juego para disfrutar de un baño en la piscina, hacer una barbacoa y estar comiendo mirando al mar, o bien estar en la zona chillout disfrutando de una copa y buena compañía. Por otro lado, el interior de la casa también era bastante amplio: salón, habitaciones y baños daban más que de sobra para que 13 personas estuviésemos muy a gusto. Location was excellent, pool area/view amazing. Lots of space for the large number of people staying at the property. Generally very happy with the property. All contact with Villanovo has been excellent and efficient. The representatives in Ibiza were also excellent - friendly, helpful and efficient.
One of the air conditioning units was not working and could not be fixed. This made that bedroom unusable, which meant the child using that room had to sleep with his parents - far from ideal. We should also have been told that the Hot Tub was not working, as the children had been excited about using it. Minor point, but for a 14 person villa, there was only one very large and one very small saucepan - could do with a few more!
