The villa
The Villa overlooks the bay of Cassis, five minutes from the beaches and the port. It is an architect-designed house of 470m² with luxurious features and generous volumes. The superb landscaped garden of 2800m2 features many exotic plants and fruit trees. There is a heated swimming pool of 10m x 5m, a pool house equipped with a kitchen and summer lounge, a Hammam and a Pétanque/ Boules court. Be welcomed through a green patio courtyard which serves two independent guests suites or accommodates staff. The main house on two levels is organized into a large south-facing reception with sea view, a fully equipped independent kitchen of 25m², six bedrooms which include a magnificent suite, and five bathrooms. The garden level is converted into large rooms that can accommodate a sports or leisure room, a hydrometric air-conditioned wine cellar, a laundry room, and a cellar. A double garage and parking spaces complete the house.
