Bon emplacement. Beaucoup de calme. La chambre à l’étage est très spacieuse
La piscine n'est pas chauffée et la maison a une «petite» vue mer.

Beautiful contemporary style villa, designed by a renown Spanish designer, located in a hill with pines and eucalyptus, between the San José area and Cala Tarida beach. Panoramic view of the sea, the sunset and the islands of S'Espartar, Conillera and Es Vedrà. Bedrooms Room 1 Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite, with shower. Room 2 Room, Ground level, direct access to the pool, view of the sea. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom outside the room, private, with shower. Room 3 - Accès indépendant : Suite, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub. This bedroom includes also TV, private terrace. Room 4 - Annexe : Room, Ground level, direct access to the terrace.

The views and the outside of the villa in particular. We loved the two terraces and multiple spaces to sit down and read and the pool with the spectacular view. Maria the housekeeper is wonderful, nice efficient and discreet. We loved the fact that most bedrooms have a view.
No coffee or tea or bathroom amenities. 3 bottles of water for a family of 5 arriving on a Sunday on an island where tap water is not drinkable. If owners do not provide this, which is the first time I see this, then Villanovo should. The villa inside is somewhat in certain parts.

Vue exceptionnelle calme absolu La piscine est très belle et la maison magnifique Le service de Villanovo à Ibiza est très réactif et professionnel
Petit problème au niveau du lave vaisselle … il fallait renettoyer derrière mais mineur par rapport à la qualité de notre séjour
