Villa du Soleil is a modern, south-facing villa in a quiet residential area, 4 km from central Nîmes and 54 km from the sea. Its private enclosed 600 m² garden has a secluded heated pool, 15 x 5 m, open 15 May–15 October, with a safety alarm. A pool house offers a fridge, WC and hob; the 60 m² terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. Table tennis, parking for four cars and optional bakery, drinks and breakfast services are available. Shops are 1.5 km away. Nearby sights include the Nîmes Arena, Maison Carrée, Jardins de la Fontaine, Pont du Gard, Camargue and Uzès. The 250 m² villa spans two levels with tasteful modern furnishings. It includes an open dining room with bathroom and TV, a lounge with fireplace and TV, an office, and a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, washbasin, separate WC and TV. A double bedroom has a washbasin, shower, TV and terrace/pool access. The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and induction hob. Youth groups are not accepted; quiet, considerate behaviour is required in this noise-sensitive neighbourhood.
