The villa

Built on two levels to a very high standard with all modern facilities, special care has been given to its layout and its sober and neat decoration, in a contemporary spirit! The villa consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodating 10 guests. On the ground floor, there is an entrance lobby leading directly into the large and bright living room, elegantly furnished with a comfortable seating area open fireplace & doors to a covered terrace. There is a dining room with a table for 10 guests and a fully modern equipped kitchen next to the dining room with an American fridge freezer and breakfast bar
. On the ground floor, there is a double sofa bed with a bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, bathroom with shower and bath, double basin, dressing area and WC. There is also a double room with a queen size bed and another twin bedroom with two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with double basin, shower and a separate WC. There is a further double bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, double basin and WC Outsid e there is a large garden with lawn of 5,000 m2 with a swimming pool secured by a barrier. A shaded terrace features a comfy sitting area and outside dining table and easy access to the kitchen. There is ample parking and a carport. This property is located near Maussane les Alpiles on the southern slope of the Alpilles to reach the village of Eygalières or Mouriès. Framed by the legendary site of Baux de Provence and the typical villages of Provence, you will appreciate the absolute calm only 2 km from the charming village of Maussane.
 Shops, doctor and bank, supermarkets, and bars and restaurants are nearby. There are markets in Provence every day.
