The pool and facilities, the space and the garden. We found Villanovo very efficient with good customer service.
Lots of certain utensils in kitchen but a real lack of others : No bowl for salad spinner for example. Lack of basic things like soap, hand towels, washing up liquid. Nowhere to dry towels outside. Lack of information on kitchen equipment.
