Villa Orguadel is a fantastic luxury property located in one of the most prestigious and exclusive areas of the Costa Brava. The house is situated on the top of the Sant Sebastià peak in Llafranc, with magnificent views of the sea. Set in a very secluded and peaceful location with total privacy, this villa with large 210m 2 swimming pool and sports area, is the perfect place for an incredible holiday with family or friends. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also TV, dressing room. Room 3 Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with shower.

A very nice and comfortable house. Swimming pool is whaou ! Large terrace and patio with gorgeous view. Bedrooms and bathrooms are well furnished and maintained. Kitchen is also well equipped. Chef Jordi is amazing, just great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Top service from Villanovo.
No air conditioning in the kitchen. Very uncomfortable in summer. Only one small fridge in the kitchen ? The house is for 18 persons !!!

Las instalaciones estupendas, y el servicio de limpieza muy bien. Hemos estado muy a gusto con prácticamente todo lo necesario para un grupo grande.

Perfect location with wonderful views. Overall, a spectacular property, especially for a family with teens and young adults. With notable exceptions (see below) the property is well maintained. Main floor living areas were amazing. Kitchen was excellent. Outdoor grill/kitchen area was ideal. We ate outside every night. Pool was even larger and nicer than we expected; sports courts were great for the teens and young adults. Bedrooms were quite nice except as noted below. Generally positive about Villanovo. The reservation process was very smooth. Concierge service also good, although we did not use it very much. Villanovo did a fine job in finding a new chef when the contracted chef canceled
Security was a significant issue: few of the bedroom safe were operable. We experienced major theft of cash over two nights from one bedroom (a total of 390 euros). Because we suspected the maid, we asked for no more maid service the rest of the stay. The bedrooms generally were very nice except for two factors: the air conditioning in one was broken and they were unable to repair it; the showers in several bathrooms had leaky doors which meant water all over the floors. Per question below: we could not recommend this villa until the issues noted above are corrected. Security is a significant one.
