The house is Incredibly beautiful, Alex and Zoe were super helpful and solved everything. The kitchen was extremely useful and the common areas great. The private beach, was also an invaluable asset. Air conditioning worked really well.
I would suggest some kind of coating to the floor paintings in the terraces, we felt that it it was really easy to create stains if anything fell to the flor. It would be good to explain guests that the beach, though secluded, is public and people can go there to fish or stay, we had a few days where fishermen came for more than a few hours and it was kind of strange.
