The library would also be suitable for conferences, board meeting and corporate off-sites. Up to 6 cars additional An Accessible Island Location – Skrip, Brac The villas are located on the edge of the Village of Skrip, Island of Brac, Croatia. Skrip is an ancient Roman village with a history stretching back more than 2,000 years. There is a small grocery store and outdoor café in town, a children’s playground and the island’s only museums - both the Museum of Olive Oil and the Museum of Brac, which includes Roman artifacts The Villas are situated about 1.5 kilometers from the coast and have commanding sea views, as they are perched atop a hill, on a plateau containing the town of Skrip. The houses have a coastal feel, and at night the entire lights of Split and mountains behind sparkle in the distance The villas enjoy superb beach access. There are good beaches in Splitska (just below, 4 minute drive downhill, walkable on footpaths leading down) and on the road to Supetar (11 minutes away) which has multiple beaches including beach clubs/bars. There is a marvellous selection of nearby beaches with easy bathing in Postira (8 minutes away). The piece de resistance is Lovrecina Beach (only 14 minutes away) – a beautiful, super sandy (rare in Croatia), long shall beach with beach bar and restaurant. Lovrecina is arguably the best beach on Brac – competing in beauty with Bol’s Zlatni Rat which is 35 minutes’ drive away. Finally, there is the historic port and stone-working city Pucisca, which also has great beaches and is located an 18 minute drive away Brac has 25 well-maintained bike trails that together make up 1,026 kilometers
