The villa
Villa Josip is a new luxurious villa with an infinity pool on the Dalmatian shore. It is situated on the island of Brač, in the village of Mirca, just a few metres away from the sea. The villa is surrounded with 250m² of terraces overlooking the sea channel between the island and the Split coast. This villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in 5 bedrooms, equipped to provide maximum comfort and relaxation on your holiday. Villa Josip stretches to an exquisitely decorated interior of 330m². There are 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry area, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and an additional small kitchen with living room. Small kitchen and living room, together with one of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are in a separate part of the villa with a separate entrance, but connected with the bigger part with porches and terraces.
