The villa
The Croatian island Zizanj, with an area of just one square kilometer and a coastline of 5 kilometers, is the smallest inhabited of the Adriatic. The island faces the coast of central Dalmatia and can be reached in just 30 minutes by ferry from the port of Biograd. The island is without a car and for any holidaymaker who would come with his vehicle, it will be left in Biograd in a guarded car park, and continue your way without the noise of cars to the villa. Your holidays on the island of Zizanj will be synonymous with peace and quiet. There are shops, restaurants and bistros on the nearby island, Pasman, which is accessible by motorboat in just a few minutes. Pasman, being about 300 meters north of Zizanj, the two islands are just separated from each other by a canal. A boat rental can also allow excursions on the west coast of Pasman.
