The villa

The village has a colorful twice-weekly outdoor market, with shops cafés, bars and restaurants and it is a five minute drive from the house, whilst both the beaches of Pampelonne, Ramatuelle and St Tropez are just 20 minutes away. The recently built villa has been designed with great thought with a mature garden and magnificent views.  It was built all on one level with a central patio area and covered terraces overlooking the hills and pool, which is just below the property and measures 12m x 5m. In immaculate condition, this relatively new house has heaps of charm and is ideal for those, wanting a quiet rural retreat. It is at the same time, close enough to enjoy the bright lights of St Tropez life. There is a large welcoming entrance hall with plenty of light coming through the courtyard bay windows. The open plan living room and dining room feature three large sofas and fireplace. The fully equipped modern kitchen comes complete with fridge/freezer, professional gas cooker, and dishwasher.  There is a separate Laundry room with both washing machine and dryer. This region thrives with all sorts of activities and attractions. White sandy beaches and spectacular coastal views are a short drive from the villa such as the famous Pampelonne bay with its famous beach restaurants such as Club 55. St Tropez is just a 25 minute drive, where there are many restaurants, cafes, and many exclusive boutiques for everyone's needs, as well as the large colorful market on Tuesday & Saturday.  If you feel it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Grimaud, Ramatuelle and Plan de la Tour. It’s the perfect villa to relax and enjoy life, yet close to St Tropez.  What else can you ask for?
