The villa
Villa Maria Davia is facing the sea at Marine de Davia, Corbara, near Ile Rousse. The villa has an area of 260m² plus a garage for two cars. It includes a very large living room/dining room of 120m², a kitchen, 3 large terraces (barbecue) and swimming pool with a protected alarm and a barrier, if requested. Besides the outdoor terraces and pool, the house includes a large roof terrace with 360° views of the sea and the mountains. Walk for a few minutes and you can reach a very nice sandy beach. Bedrooms The house has 6 air-conditionned bedrooms each with their own bathroom with separate toilet. Size of the rooms: 25m², 20m², 15m², 13m², 11m², 10m². 5 bedrooms are equipped with two beds 90 x 200 cm that can be joined to form a single big bed or remain separated. The smaller room has a bed of 160 x 200cm.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr komfortabel mit allem, was wir benötigten. Es gibt 6 Badezimmer, 1 Gäste-WC und die Betten sind perfekt. Wir waren zehn Personen und haben oftmals in der Küche gekocht oder haben gegrillt. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Vor Ort hatten wir eine Ansprechperson, die jederzeit über das Telefon erreichbar war. Wenn man das Wohnzimmer betritt und auf die Terrasse geht, ist man total beeindruckt von dem atemberaubenden Panoramablick auf das Meer. Unbeschreiblich der tägliche Sonnenuntergang. Sportliche Schwimmer können direkt über Steintreppen zum Meer, aber in wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß einen schönen Sandstrand erreichen. Es

The pictures of the house do not show the actual beauty of the location. Every day is different at this place as the sea / wind changes every day.
issues with the electricity. it seems the kitchen apparel could not be used at the same time.
