The villa
Set in 1,500 m² of Mediterranean gardens in Paguera, southwest Mallorca, this renovated detached villa sleeps 12 just a three-minute walk from a gently shelving sandy beach and shops. Built in 1957, it offers 450 m² of living space, high ceilings and decorative plasterwork. Four fully equipped apartments share a staircase, with six double bedrooms with safes, four lounges with sofa beds and TVs, four kitchens, a large dining room and six bathrooms. Fibre internet, air conditioning and heating are available throughout. Enjoy a pool with a small waterfall and baby pool, four terraces, a barbecue area, hammock, garden showers and a five-person sauna with additional showers. The penthouse has sea views. Table tennis, table football, darts and board games provide entertainment. There is lockable bicycle storage and five private parking spaces. Bed linen, bath and pool towels, loungers and outdoor seating are provided. Three beaches and local amenities are nearby. No pets; smoking is permitted only on the terraces.
