Beautiful villa, incredibly well designed with lovely, light shared living space, comfortable bedrooms and a beautiful, well-kept garden. It was generally very well equipped.
Efficient, pleasant service, both in advance of the trip and when there from the Villanovo concierge.
There was nothing serious we disliked. There were a couple of minor things that would have improved things:
- the saucepans were not really large enough for cooking for 7 people
- the kitchen was equipped with a Nespresso machine but really also needed a coffee filter machine
- there were no large serving platters for salads for 6-8
Also if summers continue to be as hot as 2026, the proprietor should consider installing air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was just about bearable in the last two weeks of August but the temperatures had dropped significantly by then.

Very comfortable villa in a good location.
Veronique tried very hard to sort out the (minor) problems
Generally good service from Villanovo but there is a slight language barrier.
Not as well equipped as I would have expected. Some obvious kitchenware missing.

The airy feeling in and outside the house. Light colors and modern furniture in shabby chic nautical style.
The electricity was running wild. Lights were switching itself on (3 nights in a row) without anybody touching the lightswitch!
When the dishwashers was on other electronic devices (oven, vacuumer) couldn’t be used meanwhile.
Would be good if a professional electrician would look at the problem.

we liked the house a lot! good equipped and furnished with a good taste for a holiday rental home. the housing survice was very professional and friendly.
Villanovo team is very professional and friendly!!!!
the garden of the house is looked after every two weeks, which is okay but could be looked after more intens.

Villanovo is a very good company. Would benefit from a native english speaker in an admin position. It was fine for me as I speak french, but there may be difficulties occasionally with communication
