The villa
Located at Seignosse near Hossegor, in the South of Les Landes region, the property stands between the ocean and the forest, in a preserved natural setting and 600 metres from the beach. The villa is facing the waves at the mythical surf spot of Gardians des Estagnots. The house can accommodate up to 12 guests in an exceptional setting with direct access to the beach. Heated pool, spa, terraces, fully-equipped kitchen, large sitting room and dining room on the ocean side, parental suite and 4 bedrooms with bathroom and toilets, multimedia and household equipment are available. Indoors - 1st floor 40 sqm suite with panoramic view of the ocean equipped with a double bed 180 x 200cm, a balcony with Balinese sofa, a shower room and a private toilet as well as small office space with multifunction printer.
