The villa

An electrically operated gate gives access to the large fenced area (9000 m²). In front of the house is a parking lot with parking for several cars. The secure entrance gives access to a spacious hall with a guest bathroom. The spacious, tastefully decorated living room has sliding glass doors with impressive views. Large comfortable sofas form a cozy seating area with Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, 2 B&BW iPod docking station inside and out. Behind the partition with TV, a modern kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances. The utility room has an extra fridge/freezer combo and a wine/champagne cooler. Also located here are the washer and dryer. The dining area has an extra large dining table with 10 seats. From the kitchen you reach the covered terrace with a dining table, with 14 seats. Also, around the pool (12x8m) you can enjoy the luxury sun beds. The main villa has five bedrooms with terraces (3 of which have sea views). The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. The ground floor has two bedrooms, the upper floor has three bedrooms. The upper floor has an extra roof terrace (so that the sunsets and starry nights can be fully appreciated!)
