Villa Ninu, in San Martino di Lota, at the gateway to Cap Corse, combines comfort with an unobstructed view over the Mediterranean. Four suites accommodate up to eight guests. The living area, extensively glazed, brings together the lounge, dining room and open-plan kitchen around a constant sea panorama. Outside, several tiered terraces, a private pool and a pétanque court make up a space designed for both dining and relaxation. The villa is a two-minute drive from the nearest beaches and a few minutes from Bastia, offering a balance between relative seclusion and proximity to shops, restaurants and town life. Absolument exceptionnel ! Dès le moment où nous avons réservé, l'hôte a fait tout son possible : proactif, incroyablement sympathique et rapide comme l'éclair pour répondre à toute question ou demande. Il nous a personnellement accueillis à la villa et nous a fait visiter la propriété, qui est tout simplement magnifique.
La villa elle-même est un rêve. D'une propreté impeccable, magnifiquement conçu et meublé selon les normes les plus élevées, chaque détail a été soigneusement pris en compte pour assurer un confort maximal. Il est clair que les propriétaires ont pris soin de chaque recoin. Des serviettes moelleuses à la cuisine bien équipée, c'était vraiment comme une maison luxueuse.
