Incredible stay. Cedric’s place is a beautiful house situated with a beautiful view of the castle. It is actually closer than it looks in the photos. Very comfortable and Cedric made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend

From the minute we arrived, we felt right at home. Cedric is an excellent host. The location is second to none, beautiful view overlooking a vineyard, yet just a 400m walk up to the old walls of Carcassonne. Lots of lovely restaurants. The villa itself has everything you could wish for board games for adults, toys for children. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, and the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area were spacious enough for all 13 of us. Lovely little touches like a hairdryer in each one of the 6 ensuite shower rooms. Huge attention to detail everywhere, it felt like a lovely welcoming hotel. What an amazing villa! Our large family group enjoyed using all the facilities especially the swimming pool and jacuzzis (which were kept clean during our stay) as well as the pétanque. The kitchen in particular is really well equipped with everything you could need for cooking or barbecuing for a large party. We had very hot weather so having air conditioning in every room was perfect. We also found it convenient having the EV charger on site. The location and views from all aspects of the property over the vineyards to the Cite were fantastic and it was a short walk to the walled gate for restaurants etc. Cedric was incredibly helpful with recommendations, especially booking restaurants, w

Amazing Stay in Carcassonne We had an unforgettable stay at Cedric’s stunning home! The interiors are beautifully designed with so much care and style, and it comfortably fit our group of 15. Every corner felt welcoming and thoughtfully done. The views over the vineyards and the Cité de Carcassonne were simply breathtaking—and the location was perfect, just a short and scenic walk to the medieval city. What truly made it extra special were the incredible pool and hot tubs. We spent hours relaxing, swimming, and soaking under the stars—it felt like a private luxury retreat. Incredible house that might be better than what you can see in the photos! Cédric was a super helpful host and provided a lot of information before arrival. Well stocked house and was comfortable for our large group of adults. The house is really special.

Villa très bien équipée avec goût et belles prestations : la pièce de vie bien adaptée pour un groupe, donnant sur une magnifique terrasse donnant sur la piscine bien fournie en bains de soleil, beaucoup de jeux intérieurs et extérieurs pour tous. Les 6 chambres sont très confortables, décorées avec goût. La vue sur la Cité (accessible à pieds en 10m) est splendide. Un accueil cordial, une grande rigueur d'organisation : merci Cédric !

Emplacement idéal. Nous pouvons accéder à la citadelle à pied. Propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. Electroménager et vaisselles de haute qualité. En résumé une villa avec piscine de haut standing avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la citadelle, un accueil du propriétaire très chaleureux et convivial. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

This place is amazing. The pictures are accurate in that there is plenty of room inside and out. We were a party of 13 (6 children) and at no point did we feel crowded or on top of each other. The pool and hot tubs are brilliant and the rest of the garden big enough for ball games. And it's 10 minutes at the very most (summer dawdling) to get to the city itself where there is an entrance at the nearest point. I'm not going to wax lyrical about the city itself, it's beautiful. But the house itself is perfect and had everything that we could need and more (badminton, table tennis, petanque, the pool, 2 seating areas with TVs, tables inside and out, barbeques, laundry facilities...). Je ne sais pas si je dois commencer par vous parler de cette maison incroyable ou de Cédric, notre hôte accueillant et chaleureux. La villa est entièrement pensée pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable. Les prestations sont haut de gamme et tout y est réfléchi pour vous faciliter la vie. Chaque détail y est pensé, de l’aménagement de la maison et de ses extérieurs en passant par la décoration, l’électroménager, la piscine chauffée, les 2 jacuzzi, le terrain de pétanque et j’en passe. Plusieurs lieux de vie vous permette de profiter de l’ensoleillement tout au long de la journée pour finir sur un magnifique coucher de soleil qui viendra illuminer la cité de Carcassonne. La casa es una auténtica maravilla, nueva, grande y espaciosa, bien decorada, bien acondicionada, inmejorable ubicación, distribuida en dos plantas perfectamente habitables, todo de 10! Además de las fantásticas propiedades de la casa, el apoyo incondicional de Cedric para lo que necesitáramos. Es muy amable y nos asesoró muy bien tanto en cosas domésticas como excursiones por la zona. Fuimos un grupo grande de 16 personas y estuvimos todos muy cómodos. Había camas para todos. Esta incluso mejor acondicionada para el verano. Espero volver muy pronto.
