The villa is absolutely beautiful. Tastefully decorated and with all the amenities you would need. It is regularly cleaned with fresh bedding and towels. There is a very large roof terrace with a great view. The location is exceptional. Literally outside the back there are steps tiny to. beaches, although we preferred the 10 minute walk to the two beaches either side which are much bigger and have very good restaurants. There are lots of restaurants which can be walked to within 30 minutes. There is also a mini supermarket with fresh baguettes and croissants just two minutes away. Easy parking at the house too. Die Villa ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen .
Der Check in war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Super war der Reinigungsservice alle 3 Tage, durch frische Handtücher und oder auch Bettwäsche hatte es Hotelfeeling.
Ein Auto um zur Unterkunft zu kommen ist empfehlenswert .
Die Lage des Hauses ist durch einen kleinen Strand direkt vor der Tür fantastisch so konnte man am frühen Morgen schon alleine im Meer schwimmen. Am Haus selbst führt ein kleiner Weg zu den den Stränden und zu den Beachbars, alles sehr nah dran.
Nachteilig war die Lautstärke des benachbarten Nicci Beachclub!
Die moderne Villa ist mit fast allem ausgestattet, der Blick auf das Meer ist fantasti

la localisation vue mer, l'entretien parfait, la piscine impeccable, la propreté, la beauté des lieux, le confort , la luminosité excellente avec les grandes baies vitrées, l'accueil de Fabrice était formidable, le style très chic de la maison.
Le service de Villanovo est très qualitatif et professionnel, disponible . nous avons apprécié la réservation du bateau car le loueur était très professionnel et proposait un service de qualité.
Il manque selon moi un peu de décoration chaleureuse typique d'Ibiza, pas assez de serviettes de toilette et de nécessaire de bain, pas de table à manger pour plus de 5 personnes à l'intérieur de la maison, manque un peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.
