Villa Pampelonne is a magnificent contemporary villa, made of 3,230 square feet of living space on 16,150 square feet of property on three levels. It is fully air conditioned and accommodates up to 12 guests, with six en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and a large living room. It is located just a short walk from Pamplelonne beach and Club 55, and only 10 minutes away by car to St. Tropez. The Villa is luminous, meticulously decorated with clean and pure modern architecture, with grandiose floor to ceiling glass windows and elegant interiors with objects of desire. The living area is very spacious, bright, and comfortable, and opens entirely onto the pool terrace and the outdoor dining area. The fully equipped, modern kitchen also opens to the pool terrace. Each bedroom has a king-size or queen-size bed, a dressing area, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower room. Three of the bedrooms offer patio views, while two bedrooms have pool views. One bedroom offers direct access to the pool. Outside is a large deck terrace with outdoor dining area with pool house with summer kitchen, barbecue an outdoor shower, and plenty of sun loungers surrounding the heated swimming pool. Located nearby is a child’s pool and a Jacuzzi, both heated. There is ample private parking for up to four cars What luxury! There are not many places so close to the infamous Club 55 and Pampleonne beach, so If you want action then this is the place. St Tropez is only minutes away. One can enjoy the famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place, offering anything from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags. If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Whether you just want to stay and enjoy the villa with its pool, drinking a glass of rose wine…… or stroll to the beach spot to all the famous yachts in the bay..
