The villa

Situated right next to the sea and with direct sea access, yet just a short 10 minute stroll to the pretty sandy beach of Cala Vinyes where there is a lovely beach bar and children's playground. The nearest restaurants and shops are just a few minutes walk away. There are regular boat trips to Palma from the mooring next to the beach, definitely worth a trip during your stay. Villa Pinot is set on a generous plot of 2,200m2 with living area of 700M2 . The villa can sleep up to 10 adults, all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning, there is an additional sofa bed room which is available at a small extra charge. All of the bedrooms except the ground floor have air conditioning and spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk through dressing room as well as an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower. There are 2 x large double bedrooms and 3 x twin rooms. Externally there are multiple terraces with sea view, 50-m² infinity pool which can be heated on request at an extra cost, professional barbecue and private access to the sea. The high-quality amenities include Wi-Fi, a large heated jacuzzi, a 75 inch state of the art TV, Denon and Bose home cinema system, cot/child's bed, high chairs (available on request) and off road parking.
