Villa Pistoia is a typical historical Tuscan villa built in the second half of the 18th century over 18 acres of wood and olive groves, and has an exclusive swimming pool. Located on the last western slopes of Mount Albano. Due to the owners' passion for antique, the villa is mainly furnished with pieces acquired from antique dealers, fairs or auction sales. You will find some of the most peculiar pieces, such as the walk-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, an Empire wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a 17th century plaque from a Florence Covent adorning the door of the largest lounge room. The villa was originally consisting of two farm houses joined together, and was renovated by the owners, using exclusively materials recovered from the surrounding area and period, guarantying a structure respecting the norms of bio-architecture.
