The villa is refurbished to a very high standard to offer a comfortable accommodation for families or small parties who want to enjoy luxury living. Air-conditioning is throughout. The house has been decorated recently in a modern classic style with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen. The interiors have been finished to a precise standard, with comfortable bedrooms and cozy sofas in both the living room and TV den area. The ground floor opens to a large kitchen dining area, leading to the living room with fireplace and TV. There are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the garden level accommodating up to 8 guests. There is covered terrace bordering the house leading from the kitchen ideal for al fresco dining and comfy lounging on the comfortable outdoor sofas. A an easy 15 minute drive will take you to the very heart of St Tropez, with it’s pretty Old Port, pavement cafes and splendid yachts moored in the marina and the trendy restaurants and stylish shops, the twice-weekly market attracting visitors and celebrities from all over the world. You can enjoy a meal in one of the many seafront restaurants and stroll along the shimmering marina, where multi-millionaire yachts are moored. St Tropez nightlife is also close at hand. Otherwise not to far away, are the legendary beach clubs of Pampelonne and sandy beaches offering all sorts of water sports facilities with its trendy restaurants. From the villa you can explore many villages along the French Riviera and venturing a little further inland for a taste of typical French lifestyle, browsing market stalls in La Garde Freinet or walking up to Grimaud Castle for unrivalled views over the entire bay. What a perfect place to be!
